South Plains Regional History Day Contest

Welcome to the South Plains Regional History Day competition! With our new system, you will need to create an account for yourself.  Please remember your information because this will be used throughout the whole National History Day system. 

Tenatative Schedule for Sat. March 1st

8:00-8:30: Student check-in and Exhibit Set-up 

9:00-12:00 Student Interviews- Check board for times

1:00-2:00 Awards Ceremony

Park in the ICC or TTU Museum Parking Lots

 

 

Registration for Elementary and Secondary Contests opens:

January  2nd

Registration closes:

Elementary Contest: Canceled for 2025.  We will evaluate for 2026.

Secondary Contest: February 7th

Please make note of these dates as we will be unable to reopen registration once it closes.

Registration Fees: Regional Contest Fees are due by February 20.  It will be $10/student this year.

Websites and Papers are due February 20.
